Throughout his high school career, Luke has been an instrumental factor for the varsity golf team. He has participated in the sport all four years of high school and was a part of the 2023 and 2024 State Champion Teams. He hopes to continue the long-held Ascension winning streak and attain another state championship this year. Additionally, Luke is a part of the Pickleball Club, and he enjoys the time given to be able to play the sport. Overall, his favorite thing about Ascension is how much freedom the students have and how much the teachers genuinely care for their students. In his free time, his favorite thing to do is hunt and fish along with practicing golf. Furthermore, he enjoys playing and spending time with his two dogs – Rip and Roux. Luke would describe himself as confident, loud, and outgoing, and the best advice he would give to younger students is to, “Just be yourself, don’t care what others think.” Luke has loved his time here at Ascension, and he cannot wait to see what his future holds, but he knows that no matter what, Ascension has prepared him for anything!
