Senior Spotlight: Addison Mills

Name: Addison Mills

Grade started: Pre-K3

Favorite teacher: Ms. Fauber

Favorite Ascension memory: Estelle falling in front of the whole school during Student Life while wearing the moon boots!

Future plans: LSU or UL, major: nursing

During Addison’s time at Ascension, she has been involved in volleyball, basketball, track, tennis, SADD, and Cupcakes for Causes. Addison is also our Athletics’ prefect. What Addison loves most about Ascension is “the small aspect of our school because it makes everyone closer.” Addison would describe herself as passionate, determined, and caring. In her free time, Addison enjoys hanging out with her friends. Some advice Addison would give to younger students is “get involved and try new sports and new things because it makes high school and going to school more enjoyable!” A fun fact about Addison is that she is left handed!

Hey everyone! My name is Sarah Camel, and I am a senior at Ascension. I have been at Ascension since my sophomore year, and this is my first year in journalism! I am a part of the girls basketball team and Blue Gator Cheer, and in cheer, I am the competition representative for my squad. Some of my favorite hobbies include hanging out with my friends, reading, and shopping! I am so excited to be a part of journalism this year!
