Hayes Trotter is a sophomore at Ascension. He starts as cornerback for football and plays center mid for soccer and competes in the 800 and 400 in track. Trotter really enjoys all his sports and says that practicing and competing is often his favorite part of the day. His favorite sport is soccer in which he has been an integral part of two very successful playoff runs so far. When Trotter isn’t playing sports, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and hanging out with friends. Hayes would like to mention his position coach, Coach Gus, because he always pushes him in practice and gives good advice. Finally, in the words of his peers, Trotter is very competitive which is why he has had so much success so early on in his high school career.
