Senior Spotlight: Dylan Lapoint

Name: Dylan Lapoint

Grade Started: 8th

Favorite Teacher: Mrs. Robert 

Favorite Ascension Memory: Junior trip 

Future Plans: Dermatologist 

While at Ascension, Dylan has played soccer for four of those years. He is also a part of the Fitness Club and during his Junior year, he was a part of the Cupcakes For Causes Club. His favorite part of Ascension is how small it is. Dylan likes being such a big part of the student section at football, volleyball, and basketball games. 

Dylan enjoys hanging out with his friends in his free time, along with watching football and driving around. He likes to think of himself as a very funny person. A fun fact about Dylan is, “I’m 6’0 tall.”

Dylan’s advice to underclassmen is, “Stand up to bullies.”

Hi friends! I'm Catheryn Simon, but my friends call me Camille, and I'm a Senior at Ascension. I've gone to Ascension for 14 years. I was on the Varsity Dance team at Ascension for 4 years, along with being a member of Cupcakes for Causes and SADD, and I am a Younglife participant. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, attending Church, dancing competitively, and shopping. This is my first year in Journalism, and I can't wait!
