Henry Clay Fredrick aka the oldest student at Ascension has accomplished and been a part of many different things. While at Ascension, Henry has participated in soccer, and cross country and is currently a member of the fitness club. Henry says that he enjoys all of his extracurricular because he enjoys spending time outside of school hanging out with his friends. In his free time, Henry enjoys thinking about the Roman Empire and all of its intricacies. When asked what his favorite part about of Ascension was, he responded “I really liked when they added 10 minutes to the school day.” Three words to describe Henry would certainly be Effervescent, euphonious, and evocative. One of the most interesting facts about Henry, and there are many, is that he used to have a metal bar in his chest. Some wisdom that Henry would like to impart to younger students is simply to “Be real.”
