Senior Spotlight: Addie Prochaska

Name: Addie Prochaska

Grade Started At Ascension: 11th

Favorite Teacher: Ms. Sorrell

Favorite Ascension memory: APUSH Colonial America re-enactment or making fake Instagram posts for Mean Girls

Future Plans: To get a BFA in Acting and become a working actor

Addie Prochaska has been involved in many things during her time at Ascension, such as theater, choir, speech and debate, Sunshine Committee, the National Honor Society, the National English Honor Society, Rho Kappa, the Science National Honor Society, and Mu Alpha Theta. She has been involved in various theater programs since she was seven, and she is currently in her 39th theater show. In her free time, Addie enjoys reading, listening to music, watching TV, writing poetry, and embroidery. 

 

Her favorite thing about Ascension is the laid-back atmosphere and the inclusive culture. She would describe herself in three words as creative, curious, and adaptable. In advising the younger students, Addie says, “Never listen to royalty-free Swedish music, and don’t be afraid to take chances”.
