Favorite Ascension memory: Winning Nationals for Gator Jazz in 2021 

Future plans: Attending college to major in Biology, then attend Physician’s Assistant school 

Sophia has always been an active and involved member of the Ascension community. She has been a member of the dance team since her freshman year, through which she was co-captain her sophomore and senior year. This year she is a member of Young Life and the Connoisseur des Cuisine club, a teacher at her mom’s dance studio, Morgan Street, and she is the Art Prefect. Sophia takes part in hype crew, Gator Cup games, and she has been the host for many fun rallies that have already taken place this year. 

In her free time, Sophia likes to dance and hang out with her friends. Sophia is a very dedicated, helpful, and loving girl who has such a positive impact on everyone she knows! Her advice to the upperclassmen is to not follow what everyone else is doing. She says, “As high school comes to an end, it is important to focus on yourself because after all, you will be going to college in the blink of an eye.” And finally, her fun fact for everyone is, “No, I didn’t fall on my face, it’s a birthmark.”
