How to: Christmas Dessert
Need an easy holiday dessert that taste really good? Try Oreo balls this holiday season!
Ingredients:
Normal sized package of Oreo balls
Normal sized package of cream cheese
White or Milk Chocolate Almond Bark
Supplies:
Food processor
Large bowl
Mixer
Cookie sheet
Parchment Paper
Small Bowl
Two spoons
Directions:
1. Start by putting 8-10 Oreos in a food processor and grinding them until they are finely crushed. Continue this for all the Oreos in the package.
2. In a large bowl, add the crushed Oreos and all of the cream cheese, and blend the cream cheese is evenly mixed.
3. Then, take spoonful’s of the mix and using your hands make balls of the mix. Lay the balls out on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper.
4. After all of the mix is used place the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for an hour.
5. When the hour is up, melt the almond bark (following the packages specific instructions) in a small to medium bowl. Then using two spoons drop one Oreo ball in the chocolate and completely cover the ball. Then with the spoons place it back on the parchment paper. Once this is done for all Oreo balls place the cookie sheet back in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to harden.
6. Then, get creative to decorate and enjoy!
